My Destination – DL - In this song the destination is sentient rather than spatial. A different type of love song. I think David Chapman’s fabulous gutsy guitar and cool production make it kick. FB - This song started life as ‘Mott Ballad’ and David Chapman took on the role of Mick Ronson (to Di’s Ian Hunter) which means arranger, producer and rock god. Tick, tick, tick.
